What's included in the ad spend budget?

The ad spend budget is separate from our management fee. It goes directly to the ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok). We manage how that budget is allocated and optimized.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see initial results within the first 30 days. However, the first 60-90 days are typically a learning phase where we gather data and optimize. Significant results usually compound from month 3 onwards.

Do I own my ad accounts and data?

Absolutely. You own 100% of your ad accounts, creative assets, and data. We work within your accounts — we never create agency-owned accounts for clients.

What if I'm not happy with the results?

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with our work in the first 30 days, we'll refund your management fee. After that, we work together to identify and solve any performance issues.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Downgrades can be made at the end of your current billing cycle with 30 days notice.
